I’m an online women’s fitness coach, personal trainer (Canberra-based) and certified nutritionist.
I work with women navigating busy, full lives, who want to feel stronger, more confident and more connected to their body again. From beginners to more seasoned lifters, I meet you where you are at and support you every step of the way.
